I call my way of life Masala Body. Masala Body means having the body you WANT – by eating food that you LOVE.
I’m a busy management consultant, traveling for several nights a week every week, jumping on trains and planes for different assignments in multiple cities. I have HARDLY any time to spend hours in the gym exercising or preparing meals – so I find it challenging to stay healthy.
On top of all of this, I have a husband and two young kids at home. With all the demands on my life, I often feel like I’m on a treadmill, trying to keep up with everything – a full-time demanding career, travel, family and more. I barely have any time to think of myself.
I don’t have EXTRA time to spend trying to lose or maintain weight . . .and I used to think it was impossible for me to be at the weight I wanted.
Now, I feel amazing when my friends and family say, “Wow! You look great! What did you do?”
