I'm Nagina Abdullah, and I help ambitious women lose weight, even if you've tried everything else and feel like it may be your genes or you'll have a "big-boned" body until you're in a rocking chair. Imagine fitting into a bikini, wearing your favorite skinny jeans that are currently packed away in the back of your closet, and feeling great about how you look and feel. . .soon.

I personally lost 40 lbs. after I had tried every other diet under the sun. This time, I lost the weight and it’s stayed off for over ten years – without counting calories, measuring portion sizes, or feeling like I had to be so in the army to get the body I wanted. I actually saw my abs, and felt confident wearing a bikini – AFTER having two kids!

I struggled with losing weight my whole life. I thought because of my genes I would never be able to feel confident in a fitted dress or wear a bathing suit without a cover-up.
I didn’t want to deprive myself of food I love and didn’t have time to spend hours in the gym.
After I had 2 kids, I worked in one of the most demanding careers out there - management consulting for a top 4 consulting firm in NYC. Every week I was jumping on planes and trains to new locations, working 12+ hour days and staying in hotels for multiple nights of the week. I had no routine and no extra time.
When I came home, I wanted to spend every free moment I had with my kids and my husband.
I quickly started to realize how little energy I had to do fun things I wanted with my family, like go to the park or go for a hike.
I was so frustrated because I couldn’t fit into any of the clothes in my closet, and I didn’t want to buy a size up!
I didn’t feel sexy around my husband.
Worst of all, I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin.
I felt like even though I was successful in my professional life, I couldn’t figure out how to translate it to my body. I desperately wanted how I felt inside to be reflected on the outside.
This wasn’t the life I imagined for myself! Something needed to change!
With my schedule, I didn’t have hours to spend running on the treadmill or the elliptical every day.
So I researched volumes of nutritional information.
I experimented and came up with my own recipes, modified the ones I grew up with and made small changes to what I was eating.
I developed easy, taste-bud tantalizing recipes. Everything I ate tasted so delicious, I felt like I was tricking my body to lose weight.
To my surprise, my weight came off faster than I could dream of.
I love going shopping for cute clothes again! I have energy to play tag with my kids in the park, and take them hiking and skiing.
I feel and look more confident, polished, and in-control which has skyrocketed my career and income.
I feel sexier around my husband and comfortable in my own skin. I can even wear a bikini comfortably for the first time in my life! It’s so fun going to the beach with my family now!
