There are multiple options for how to get vegan and vegetarian protein into your daily diet in a healthy way. Many vegans and vegetarians find it challenging to identify sources of protein that don’t also contain a significant amount of carbohydrates - which can work against you when you’re losing weight.
As a vegan and vegetarian weight loss coach, I teach you multiple ways to incorporate natural vegan and vegetarian sources of protein to the current foods you eat in a way that helps boost your metabolism. I draw from my Eastern background and my education in molecular and cellular biology to offer you numerous options that are available in your local grocery store and take five minutes or less to make.
Being vegan or vegetarian is a choice people make for all kinds of different reasons. If you’re not currently vegan or vegetarian and want to learn how to follow this type of diet and still lose weight, I can teach you how to do so naturally, healthfully, and without consumption of animal products.
You can lose weight no matter what your diet preferences are. Generally speaking, however, when you choose to add more vegetables and plants to your diet, it helps you feel less hungry naturally. As a vegan and vegetarian weight loss coach, I teach you about my “tasty vegetables” mantra. When you learn to make your vegetables taste delicious, healthy eating will feel easy and you'll know how to keep yourself full.
With my 8 week vegan/vegetarian 8 week slim down jumpstart program, vegetables are only a part of what you're eating (but I promise you’ll love them, too, with my simple “tasty vegetables” tips). You’ll learn a plant-based fat-burning food framework that goes beyond vegetables and includes natural healthy carbs, proteins, and fats.
They are balanced with a metabolism-boosting method to achieve a higher metabolism quickly, while also creating satiation and eliminating sugar cravings. I have a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and apply my scientific research background to the development of my weight-loss system.
Not all products that are marketed to vegans and vegetarians are created equal. Processed foods can contain sugar, saturated fats, starches, and additives that can sabotage weight loss. Labels like low calorie, low-fat, and high-protein can be confusing and misleading.
As your vegan/vegetarian weight loss coach, we work together to look at the products you're already using and determine if you can add a healthier alternative to your plant-based diet. I will give you specific feedback on the products you use and have an entire recommended list of vegetarian and vegan products that you can buy from your local grocery store, Amazon, or any other online store you like to shop.

We teach you how to prepare family-friendly meals for multiple dietary preferences without having to make completely different recipes through a very simple meal template that you can tweak to your, your family, or your guest’s preferences.
I provide you with complete vegan and vegetarian recipes, menu plans, and grocery lists that make meal planning feel effortless. I also teach you how to easily and quickly meal plan using the vegan/vegetarian fat burning framework and adding metabolism-boosting ingredients. If you don’t particularly enjoy cooking, I recommend foods that you can keep in your pantry or kitchen to quickly assemble a healthy meal with minimal preparation or cooking and I provide easy no-cook or little vegetarian and vegan meal options.

We use the Tested and Perfected Vegan/Vegetarian Fat-Burning Food Framework to add foods to women’s meals and boost their metabolism. We focus on adding foods instead of subtracting them, simplifying choices, and eating delicious foods. This leads to no more sugar cravings, a lifestyle transformation, and avoids a restrictive diet. We show clients how to stop sugar cravings, so they are no longer fighting them – they are gone, yet they feel satisfied and love the food they are eating.
I use habit-changing behavior psychology to create permanent habit change. This is accomplished through methods based on Stanford-based behavior-change psychology. Clients learn to make long-term changes by methods such as making small, guided changes, creating a habit, and layering changes each week so that a full lifestyle shift has been accomplished in eight weeks. As a private weight loss coach, I teach innovative new ways of thinking about food and energy to create deep and permanent food freedom.
Yes, you can ask me personal questions and I will help you stay motivated and on track. I’ll give you specific suggestions for your life and your dietary preferences. You get the level of accountability you dream of, which is one of the most important reasons women lose so much weight with my program.
The modules and training are a step-by-step system that quickly increases fat-burning and keeps it off sustainably. The system is based on a tested and proven weight-loss system that I personally created, and hundreds of women have now lost 20-100 pounds, depending on their goals. The coaching and accountability are personalized for each person, and the recipes and menu plans are flexible based on each person’s preferences.
It is a private sisterhood group, and clients love being part of this online private community. If someone prefers to be anonymous, they can submit questions or choose not to show their name on the calls. However, all of our clients feel comfortable being a part of the private group. Being a part of the program is anonymous to anyone that is not also in the program.
80% of losing weight is based on what you eat. Exercise can hurt in weight loss because it can cause overeating and a feeling of deserving treats. However, after a metabolism-boosting diet is consistently achieved, I add in optional fat-burning fitness workouts that are time-saving and toning. This type of exercise accelerates fat loss and helps it to stay off permanently, but is not the highest priority for fat loss. You will have lifetime access to these fat-burning, time-saving workouts. Women that cannot exercise will be able to achieve their desired weight loss.
I encourage clients through conversation, collaboration, and clarity on goals and the changes that will come as a result of making changes. I coach clients and motivate them but am not harsh and understand that life always has its challenges. No one is expected to be perfect. If the client prefers, we will give them tough love when they want it and need it, and also provide understanding and space for times when they cannot give their 100%. We have systems, established behaviors and shortcuts created to help each person be healthier depending on their personal preference.
Clients will be able to keep all resources for a lifetime, including all online modules, training, recipes, and bonuses.

A MASALABODY SAMPLE VEGAN WEIGHT LOSS CLIENT
Cheryl is a 62-year-old wife, mother, and grandmother of four energetic, rambunctious grandchildren. Despite running a successful, independent photography business for the last several decades, Cheryl has always had her health at the forefront of her mind. She had experimented with vegetarianism in the past but found it hard to stick with while on the go, usually settling for whatever quick dinner she made after a long, exhausting day.
Things changed when her kids left the nest to start their own lives. She had more time to focus on herself, her hobbies, and her health. When a heart attack scare with her husband threatened to destroy the life they worked so hard to build, they both decided it was time for a lifestyle change and committed to incorporating more plant-based foods into their diets. Several years ago, Cheryl decided to become fully vegan. She had slowly been gaining weight and thought that cutting out animal products altogether would remedy that, but it didn't work. Then she tried a vegan raw food diet, but that left her feeling irritable and hungry. It felt like nothing she tried was giving her the results she wanted.
Cheryl and her husband are finally planning to retire to Colorado. It holds a special place in their hearts as they used to ski as a family in Aspen every winter when the kids were growing up. Now that she’s ready to return to the Rockies permanently, she needed to lose weight so that she could feel as light on the slopes as she did when she was younger and teach her grandchildren to ski. She wants to lose 20 pounds and ultimately weigh 140, but needs a vegan weight loss coach to teach her what to eat so she gets the right amount of protein, carbs, and healthy fats to keep her from feeling sluggish but still achieve her goal weight.
