Those who tell you that you healthy eating doesn't have to be delicious, filling and fast are WRONG….dead wrong. Here is why they are so wrong:
When you eat food that's healthy but it's bland, there's no way you can eat it for longer than 3-4 days before you get so bored that you call the pizza man for delivery
When you feel hungry within minutes after you finish a meal, it's NOT possible that you can sustain eating that food (unless you're a bird)

Thankfully I finally realized that healthy food that doesn't taste good or fill me up (and takes hours to make) isn't realistic to get fit – and stay fit.

Today I want to share 17 simple food swaps that make healthy eating mindless. That means you don't even think about it, and you can't even tell the difference!
For example, it can be easy to overuse even somewhat healthy ingredients like olive oil, which adds up because it has a lot of fat. If you swap it out for cooking spray, you'll start to feel and get lighter – without compromising a lot of the flavor!
Here's your challenge for today:

For example, have a piece of at least 70% dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, order an americano instead of a latte, or dip your veggies in creamy hummus instead of ranch dressing. Pretty easy, right?
