In another appearance on Health.com, I demonstrated how to make a super delicious smoothie that does not come packed with all the hidden sugars. Best of all, not only does this smoothie fight off sugar cravings, it actually helps you lose weight. This recipe was inspired by a drink that Princess Kate Middleton loves, to which I added some ‘secret’ ingredients. Yes, you guessed, spices!
