Best of all, not only does this smoothie fight off sugar cravings, it actually helps you lose weight. This recipe was inspired by a drink that Princess Kate Middleton loves, to which I added some ‘secret’ ingredients. Yes, you guessed, spices!
Spices add calorie free flavor and a host of benefits, such as; tricking your taste buds into thinking things are sweeter than they really are therefore cutting down on sugar in the process. Most of all, it boosts satiety while contributing to a healthier heart and more regulated blood sugar. People who eat spices on a regular basis are just healthier in general! With this super quick and easy fix, breakfast is no longer a problem when things get hectic. Or have it as a snack that will carry you through the mid-morning or afternoon slump.
