Two years after giving birth to her baby, Eva's schedule became more limited, leading to inconsistent routines and unhealthy habits. Although she didn't have a craving for sweets, she noticed her eating habits becoming erratic, especially when she was short on time.
“I’M VERY ERRATIC WITH MY FOOD. I DON’T FIND TIME AND IF I’M NOT HUNGRY, THEN I JUST GET SOME RANDOM PASTRY. MY WORST HABIT OF ALL IS MY ADDICTION TO MATCHA LATTES. SOMETIMES I HAVE 2 A DAY.”
She would subconsciously finish her toddler's leftover food, even when she wasn't hungry, instead of throwing it away. A pair of untouched jeans remained in her closet serving as a constant reminder of her pre-pregnancy weight. Worried it wasn’t possible to shed the 10 pounds she gained 2.5 years ago, she sought help from Masala Body for structure, guidance, and advice.

Eva's determination was exceptional– starting the 8-Week Slim Down Jumpstart program days before embarking on a family vacation. Instead of indulging in dietary treats, she used her trip as an opportunity to reset, prioritize feeling light and energized, and relish life beyond food. At 8 weeks Eva’s confidence had grown, and her future was brighter.
