This week you will take a survey about your food preferences, schedule and other details about your life. We will meet 1 on 1 to clarify your goals, your personalized roadmap, and your first steps including your customized Metabolism-Boosting Morning Routine.
Weeks 1-2:
The Fat-Burning Food Framework
In weeks 1 and 2, I show you how to get off sugar and transform your body with the Tested and Perfected Fat-Burning Food Framework. We start by looking at the foundations of your regular diet and begin the fat-transforming process using foods you already enjoy. With the customized approach of a private weight loss coach, you will discover what parts of your diet can be quickly revamped to promote sustainable weight loss.
Weeks 3-4:
The Metabolism Boost
In weeks 3 and 4, I show you how to boost metabolism by eating MORE and simplify your diet with methods to make quick and delicious meals, what we call “Easy Eating.” After we get you comfortable with our delicious and fat-burning framework, we restructure your meal planning to better reflect your busy schedule. I was a mom of two working in a demanding career and lost 40 lbs - you can too.
Weeks 5-6:
Empowered Eating
Weeks 5 and 6 you learn how to approach each meal with an empowered eating mindset. You will love what you eat, will feel energized every day, and experience better sleep. We will shift your cravings to crave vegetables and not sugar. I ensure you have the slim-down mindset that incorporates sustainable eating practices into your lifestyle. With the help of a virtual weight loss coach, you will see permanent improvements in your everyday health.
Weeks 7-8:
Strengthening the Slim Down Mindset
Weeks 7 and 8 concentrate on strengthening the mindset you need for permanent and sustainable weight loss. You will accelerate your weight loss journey in the final stretch as we focus on future-proofing your Slim Down Mindset to withstand the temptations of unhealthy eating habits. I show you how to incorporate fitness into your busy schedule by teaching you simple, time-saving, effective and powerful workouts.

We show clients how to stop sugar cravings, so they are no longer fighting them – they are gone, yet they feel satisfied and love the food they are eating.
Yes, the Tested and Perfected Fat-Burning Food Framework is based on scientific research and includes all food groups. They are balanced with a metabolism-boosting method to achieve a higher metabolism quickly, while also creating satiation and eliminating sugar cravings. I have a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and apply my scientific research background to the development of my weight-loss system.
I use habit-changing behavior psychology to create permanent habit change. This is accomplished through methods based on Stanford-based behavior-change psychology. Clients learn to make long-term changes by methods such as making small, guided changes, creating a habit, and layering changes each week so that a full lifestyle shift has been accomplished in eight weeks. As a private weight loss coach, I teach innovative new ways of thinking about food and energy to create deep and permanent food freedom.
Yes, you can ask me personal questions and I will help you stay motivated and on track. I’ll give you specific suggestions for your life and your dietary preferences. You get the level of accountability you dream of, which is one of the most important reasons women lose so much weight with my program.
The modules and training are a step-by-step system that quickly increases fat-burning and keeps it off sustainably. The system is based on a tested and proven weight-loss system that I personally created, and hundreds of women have now lost 20-100 pounds, depending on their goals. The coaching and accountability are personalized for each person, and the recipes and menu plans are flexible based on each person’s preferences.
It is a private sisterhood group, and clients love being part of this online private community. If someone prefers to be anonymous, they can submit questions or choose not to show their name on the calls. However, all of our clients feel comfortable being a part of the private group. Being a part of the program is anonymous to anyone that is not also in the program.
80% of losing weight is based on what you eat. Exercise can hurt in weight loss because it can cause overeating and a feeling of deserving treats. However, after a metabolism-boosting diet is consistently achieved, I add in optional fat-burning fitness workouts that are time-saving and toning. This type of exercise accelerates fat loss and helps it to stay off permanently, but is not the highest priority for fat loss. You will have lifetime access to these fat-burning, time-saving workouts. Women that cannot exercise will be able to achieve their desired weight loss.
I encourage clients through conversation, collaboration, and clarity on goals and the changes that will come as a result of making changes. I coach clients and motivate them but am not harsh and understand that life always has its challenges. No one is expected to be perfect. If the client prefers, we will give them tough love when they want it and need it, and also provide understanding and space for times when they cannot give their 100%. We have systems, established behaviors and shortcuts created to help each person be healthier depending on their personal preference.
Clients will be able to keep all resources for a lifetime, including all online modules, training, recipes, and bonuses.

A MasalaBody Sample Weight Loss Client
Linda is a 45-year-old mother of two (9 and 7 years old) who runs a successful small law firm. She works an average of 60 hours a week, and her free time is usually spent shuttling her kids to activities or going to work events. She gets about 6.5 hours of sleep a night. In her youth she was thin, but having children, late-night fast food meals, and a total lack of time for exercise have now put her at 5'5" and 180 pounds. She also has mild to medium back pain that impacts her mobility.
Linda wants a killer body to match her killer courtroom attitude; she feels that her frumpy look sometimes has an impact on how she is perceived at work. She thinks she comes off as overbearing and rude instead of assertive. She also would love to wear slim-fitting suits and designer blouses. She is a big-chested woman and right now, most suits and blouses make her look like she is all breasts and no waist.
130 pounds is her ideal weight, but if she could get to 145 pounds, she’d be content. She has tried exercise but can’t routinely find the time. She has tried calorie restrictions but when hunger overtakes, she gives in easily and eats junk food. She has tried fads like Atkins and Keto but food preparation is always an issue. Her main worry about a new diet is that she won't have time to prepare the food (her family orders take out most nights). Her sister-in-law is planning a beach getaway for the whole family this coming summer, and she would love to look good in a bathing suit by then. At the very least she would like to get rid of her stomach pooch. She considers herself a disciplined person when it comes to work and family, but when it comes to her own health, she lets it slide (because she is so consumed with the well-being of her work and family).
Linda has tried to lose weight with diets and restrictive methods, but instead needs a lifestyle change that’s simple and family-friendly.
