Seven years ago, Sherry embarked on a transformative journey when she traded her meat-and-potatoes diet for a vegan lifestyle. Though she knew there would be hurdles, dealing with hypothyroidism and being borderline hypoglycemic, only motivated her to embrace the challenge.
However, as time passed, her favorite carbs and the convenience of prepackaged snacks gradually veered her off course, ultimately resulting in unhealthier decisions. When an unexpected stressful event threw her last bit of routine out the window, the result was tighter fitting clothes, an increasing scale, less energy, and monotonous meals. Sherry realized her vegan diet was no longer benefiting her. In search of a solution, she looked to MasalaBody, viewing it as the intervention necessary to rediscover herself and rejuvenate her body.
As a vegan enrolling in my 8-Week Vegan and Vegetarian Slim Down Program, Sherry required specialized guidance and personalized recipes.
