For almost 7 decades, Patty effortlessly maintained a healthy weight due to her active lifestyle. Her athleticism and consistent physical activities kept her in shape. However, following a year packed with overseas traveling that included extended periods of driving, indulging in delicious foods, and sipping fine wines, she noticed the numbers on the scale creeping up. Despite returning to her gym routine, she grew concerned when shedding those pounds didn't happen as quickly as she anticipated.
As someone accustomed to freely utilizing her body in activities such as running, swimming, and yoga, she felt confused by this change. Fed up by her failed efforts, Patty sought guidance from Masala Body.
