At age 65, Ellen's extra weight left her feeling exhausted and frustrated in her daily routines and on the pickleball court. Initially trying every fad diet she could find, Ellen saw the same results; She would lose weight fast, and then pack it back on just as quickly. Even when she found herself fasting and not eating much of anything at all, the scale just wouldn’t budge. She needed tips on meal planning, but also how to eat out well and plan for events, which she frequented. She knew it was time for a change and she was ready to transform her yo-yo dieting by changing her mindset and lifestyle for good.

It wasn’t until Ellen discovered Masala Body and the results other women like her achieved, that she started to feel hopeful.
