Nearly a lifetime of weight gain had taken its toll on Doreen. Twenty years of researching nutrition had made her an authority, but all the knowledge she applied seemed to take her further away from her weight loss goals.
Expert after expert brushed her off with the same ineffective advice - eat less and exercise more. If the doctors were listening to her concerns, they would’ve understood that she had been tirelessly tracking her 800-calorie intake and walking over 12,000 steps a day. That should have been enough.
To make matters worse, Doreen had suffered from multiple food allergies. Grains, legumes, dairy, and vegetables made her desperately ill. Outside of meat, everything she put into her body came out just as quickly.

Suffering from chronic diarrhea and a leaky gut up to five times a day had her unhealthily popping Imodium A-D while leaving her dehydrated, uncomfortable, and embarrassed to do daily tasks most people take for granted.
Though she desired a thinner physique, her declining health pushed her to seek answers. When Doreen discovered that conventional doctors have less than ten hours of nutrition training, she became her own advocate and sought out an online weight loss coach for answers.
