At 74, Bonnie was retired, traveling with her husband, and spending time with friends. Life should have been perfect. However, stress and sugar cravings were causing her to make unhealthy choices. Sleeping in, skipping breakfast, and late-night snacking on chips and candy made her realize a change necessary. Looking in the mirror, she felt unhappy with her appearance and the extra pounds were making her summer clothes too tight. Feeling depressed, Bonnie knew she had to make a change.

Before, Bonnie would’ve settled on taking a laid-back approach to her diet and routine. However, when she tried to make changes on her own, she wasn't seeing her desired results.
