If there was ever a moment that would motivate Teresa to take control of her health, it was at this time in her life. As a retired grandmother of two, with a desire to live the life she had worked hard to prepare for, Teresa envisioned traveling the world with her loved ones with confidence. Teresa started my 8-week Slim Down Personal Weight Loss Coaching Program at 120 pounds. For most, this would seem like a dream, but for Teresa’s 4’10” petite frame, it posed health risks. Teresa’s first test would come halfway through her 8-week commitment when she took an impromptu vacation through Europe. Equipped with her fat-burning framework, a pair of jeans that she hadn’t worn in months, and her cell phone for her weekly check-ins, her endurance would be tested.
