rinsed and drained

can white beans,
rinsed and drained

can niblet corn

can Rotel Tomatoes & chilies

can diced tomatoes

can diced green chilies

envelope taco seasoning mix

envelope Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix

shredded chicken, ground beef, other meat
(vegetarians/vegans omit or replace with same amount of soy crumbles)

Instructions
Cook meat and drain.
Shred if needed.
Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Stir.
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
Keep on low until serving to keep hot.
Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions (or tortilla chips for family and friends).
