Cinnamon Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 5 ounces carrot, scrubbed, chopped
  • 1/2 banana (modification to original recipe)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

I recommend adding:

  • 1 scoop protein powder, or 5.5 oz. Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons flax or chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend together.

Notes

* I recommend adding a scoop of protein powder or 5.5 oz. Greek yogurt (optional) and making it half a banana instead to add a protein punch and lower the sugar a bit more for more accelerated weight-loss while feeling full. Also 2 tablespoons of flax or chia seeds.
