Creamy Ginger Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 handfulls organic spinach
  • 1 cup Filtered Water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root chopped (adjust to your taste)
  • Juice of 1 Meyer lemon

Instructions
 

  • Simply add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  • You may add ice if you’d like to chill further or thicken slightly.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

NOTES:

For higher protein:

Boost the protein by adding your favorite protein powder of good quality. 

For lower sugar:

Don’t use dates.
