Grilled Chicken and Blueberry Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups cubed chicken breasts, cooked

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss the greens, blueberries, almonds, and chicken breasts until well mixed.
  • For the salad dressing, combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, blueberries, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
