Slow Cooker Coconut Cilantro Curry Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound (554g) shrimp
  • 30 ounces (about 1 liter) coconut milk
  • 15 ounces (about 500ml) water
  • 1-2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2.5 teaspoons lemon garlic seasoning
  • 1/4 cup cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut milk, water, red curry paste, lemon garlic seasoning and cilantro to slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  • Cook HIGH 2 hours or LOW 4.
  • Add shrimp and cook an additional 15-30 minutes or until shrimp are done
  • Garnish with cilantro.
