Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cups frozen spinach, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 8 eggs individually beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups portobello or other meaty mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Combine frozen spinach, red pepper, red onions, eggs, black pepper, sea salt and sausage in a well greased slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 2-3 hours or until frittata is well set.
