Healthy Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk from carton, or your favorite non-dairy milk
  • 3/4 cup baby carrots, chopped
  • 5 clementine mandarin oranges, peeled and separated
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt, I used So Delicious
  • Lemon Juice, stevia drops, optional

Instructions
 

  • Using a small blender or NutriBullet, blend together the carrots and coconut milk until smooth.
  • Add in the oranges, and coconut yogurt and blend again until smooth and combined.
  • Stir in a little lemon juice (if you need more tartness) or some Stevia drops (if you need more sweetness)
  • Enjoy!
