unsweetened coconut milk
from carton, or your favorite non-dairy milk

cup
baby carrots,
chopped

clementine mandarin oranges,
peeled and separated
1/2
cup
unsweetened coconut milk yogurt,
I used So Delicious
Lemon Juice, stevia drops,
optional
Instructions
Using a small blender or NutriBullet, blend together the carrots and coconut milk until smooth.
Add in the oranges, and coconut yogurt and blend again until smooth and combined.
Stir in a little lemon juice (if you need more tartness) or some Stevia drops (if you need more sweetness)
