Low Sugar Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup water plus more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water as needed, then serve immediately.
