The fourth day of this hugely useful series (no, modesty isn’t a strong suit here) covers one of THE most important keys to making it MINDLESS to eat healthy!
Now to be fair, I could have shared this at the beginning but you know what they say…save the best for last…. they also say patience is a virtue…so wait “just” a little longer so I recap the first 3 days:
On day one we talked about how to make slow changes to stay on the wagon of healthy eating (add fat-burning-foods).
On day two I showed you how it’s possible to eat healthy food that’s delicious, filling and fast (make simple switches).
Day three was all about how to realize you can get control over cravings (understand what your cravings are telling you).

Day #4 How to Split Your Plate
Day four is all about having the framework to fill your plate – and as a result, lose weight and simplify your life.
With so much conflicting information out there, it can be almost impossible to know if you’re on the right track.
You might think you have to eat only green vegetables, allow yourself too few calories, or you might forget about eating enough protein.
All you need is a simple, straightforward breakdown of what we should eat and in what amounts to lose weight. Once you know the basic formula or ratio, it’s easy and fun to get creative with how to fill those portions up.
You’ll get fit fast using my framework below.

2. Split your plate like this for one of your meals today.
You can also look up a few of the suggested foods from the infographic and put them on your grocery list for your next trip to the store. Use the infographic as a guide to fixin’ your plate – you’ll find new favorite meal combinations and start feeling and looking more fit!
